Gun Sales Are Heating Up

This June was the busiest June on record for Gun Sales with a reported 11% increase in sales over last June, according to the FBI.

Just how many guns were sold last month? Around 1,530,000.

The increase in gun sales comes as President Barack Obama and cronies have relentlessly pushed their Gun Control agenda, lobbying American’s to give up their rights so that a minority of Americans can “feel more safe”.

Following a widely reported deadly shooting at a South Carolina church in a Gun Free Zone, President Barack Obama took the center stage. In a speech, Obama reiterated his call for Americans to compromise and relinquish their freedom to own certain firearms among other feel-good restrictions.

Though the anti-gun Progressives have tried their hardest to fabricate statistics regarding a “majority of Americans” who support anti-gun legislation, American’s have seemingly rebuked the Obama era Gun Control push by buying more guns than ever.

While news agencies like CNN, MSNBC an NBC try to tilt the focus of their news pieces to blame firearms whenever possible, even they recognize that a growing number of Americans not only support the Right To Bear Arms, but are actually becoming gun owners themselves.

The National Shooting Sports Foundation says that they increase in gun sales is in lock-step with changing gun-owner demographics and overall increase in women purchasing firearms.

While it is widely recognized that the Obama-Era Gun Control push has fueled Gun Sales, many are expecting the opposite to be true if a Pro-Second Amendment president is elected in 2016. A number of Republican candidates have run on their record of supporting gun rights, while the two likely Democrat front-runners, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, have voiced similar opinions to that of Obama.

“Folks who do not like guns is fine. But we have millions of people who are gun owners in this country — 99.9% of those people obey the law,” Sanders said. “I want to see real, serious debate and action on guns, but it is not going to take place if we simply have extreme positions on both sides. I think I can bring us to the middle.” Sanders said.

    Allow me to translate:

“I want to get elected. I won’t display my excessive dislike for guns until after you demonstrate that you’re stupid enough to be fooled by it. Thank God so many Americans are LIV suckers.”

Obama had pretty much the same thing to say before 2008, too.
