A number of police officers were injured and a squad car has been set ablaze in the city of Baltimore Maryland. Criminal gangs in Baltimore have threatened that more attacks against police are to come.

Nepal Earthquake Devastates Lives And History

A massive earthquake shook the very foundation of Mt. Everest, reduced centuries of history to rubble, flattened homes and claimed the lives of over 1900 people so far. The 7.8 magnitude quake near the capital, Katmandu, has reduced whole blocks to rubble all over the city. Emergency personnel, locals and even tourists have all joined together in a desperate search for survivors.

The Vietnam War raged from the mid 50s through the mid 70s. During that time the US dropped as much as three times as many bombs as it did during World War II. It’s estimated that as much as 10% of those bombs didn’t detonate and could be armed and dangerous.

Air Strikes In Yemen: Saudi-led Coalition Bombs Southern Yemen

A coalition led by Saudi Arabia has initiated air strikes on Houthi positions in the southern part of Yemen. The airstrikes result from a long line of events, ultimately stemming from the December collapse of the Yemeni Government after being overthrown by Shiite Rebels.

US Target Of Car Bomb Attack…

A car bomb apparently targeting the U.S. consulate in Iraqi Kurdistan’s capital Erbil killed one person and wounded five on Friday according to the local mayor. Witnesses heard the blast which was followed by brief gunfire.
